CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring HVAC Sheet Metal Apprentices to assist with commercial duct and sheet metal installation work in Miami Lakes, FL. We’re looking for dependable apprentices who can work under experienced mechanics, follow direction, and contribute to a safe and productive job site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems

• Measure, cut, hang, and seal duct to specification

• Support mechanics in assembly, layout, and material handling

• Read blueprints and follow layout instructions as directed

• Maintain safety and cleanliness on the jobsite

Requirements:

• Prior HVAC or sheet metal experience required (apprentice level welcome)

• Must have own basic hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work 40+ hours/week and stay drug-free on site

• Spanish or English-speaking applicants welcome
