Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Jensen Beach, FL. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in sheet metal installation for commercial HVAC systems. This position involves hands-on work with duct fabrication, hanging, and assembly.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing, hanging, and sealing sheet metal ductwork

• Assembling and connecting duct sections, fittings, and transitions

• Installing curbs, grills, diffusers, and supports

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Collaborating with HVAC teams to ensure proper fit and function

• Following all site safety requirements and maintaining a clean work area

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred

• Must have experience in sheet metal duct installation

• Must have own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
