Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Austin, TX. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in sheet metal installation for commercial HVAC systems. This is a hands-on position requiring a strong work ethic and proven skill in duct installation.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing, hanging, and sealing sheet metal ductwork

• Setting hangers, curbs, grills, and diffusers

• Assembling and installing transitions and fittings

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Collaborating with HVAC teams to complete installation work

• Following all site safety procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience required

• Must have proven experience in sheet metal installation

• Must have own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
