Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics for a commercial project in Ventress, LA. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in all phases of HVAC ductwork installation — from fabrication to final setup.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing, hanging, and sealing sheet metal ductwork

• Setting curbs, grills, and diffusers

• Fabricating fittings and transitions on-site as needed

• Assembling and securing ductwork, supports, and hangers

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal experience preferred

• Must be able to read blueprints and fabricate ductwork on-site

• Must have own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
