Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Pipe Welders for a structural welding project in Browns Summit, NC. This opportunity is ideal for individuals straight out of trade school or those with a minimum of 3 years of welding experience. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work on high-quality structural welds in a commercial environment.

Work Scope Includes:

• Performing structural welding on steel and pipe assemblies

• Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials for welding

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols

• Using proper welding techniques to meet quality and safety standards

• Working closely with fitters and other trades

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Trade school graduates or a minimum of 3 years of welding experience

• Must be proficient in structural welding (MIG, TIG, or stick)

• Welding certification is a plus but not required

• Must have own welding gear, hand tools, and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
