Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced Pipe Fitters for a commercial project in Austin, TX. Candidates must have a strong background in carbon steel piping and be able to perform precise fit-ups safely and efficiently. Combo Welder/Fitter experience is a major plus.

Work Scope Includes:

• Fitting and installing carbon steel piping systems

• Measuring, cutting, threading, and assembling pipe

• Installing pipe supports, valves, and hangers

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and isometric drawings

• Collaborating with welders and mechanical teams on-site

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial pipe fitting experience required

• Must have proven experience working with carbon steel pipe

• Combo Welder/Fitter experience is a plus (weld test may be required)

• Must have own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
