Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced HVAC Mechanics for a military base project in Pensacola, FL. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in commercial HVAC installation and service. This position requires military base badging, including a background check and eligibility to work as a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing, assembling, and hanging sheet metal ductwork

• Running copper lines, soldering, and brazing

• Setting HVAC units and equipment

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Following all military base safety and access procedures

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred

• Must be eligible for military base badging (background check required)

• Must have own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision

• Reliable transportation required

• Drug test required before start
