Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced Pipe Welders for a commercial project in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and certified welders capable of performing precise work on 2.5-inch gas piping systems. This project includes approximately 80 feet of pipe with multiple fittings, and a weld test is required prior to starting.

Work Scope Includes:

• Welding 2.5-inch gas pipe (carbon steel) with several fittings

• Performing layout, prep, and welding of pipe runs

• Completing weld test to project standards prior to hire

• Inspecting welds for accuracy and quality

• Working closely with plumbing and mechanical crews

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Must have valid welding certification (certs must be current and verifiable)

• Must pass a weld test before starting

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial welding experience preferred

• Must be experienced in gas pipe welding and fitting alignment

• Must have own welding gear, tools, and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
