Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Construction Laborers for a commercial project in Ridgeland, SC. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and willing to perform physical labor, including digging shallow ditches. Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.

Work Scope Includes:

• Helping dig a ditch (approximately 8–12 inches deep) — shovels provided

• Assisting plumbers and tradesmen as needed

• Carrying and staging materials, tools, and equipment

• General labor and site cleanup duties

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred

• Plumbing knowledge a plus

• Must be physically fit and capable of digging and lifting throughout the shift

• Must have PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
