Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Clermont, FL. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision while installing and assembling duct systems and HVAC equipment.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assembling, hanging, and sealing ductwork

• Installing flex duct, VAV boxes, and grills

• Setting HVAC equipment and units

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Supporting HVAC crews as needed

• Following all site safety requirements

Tools Needed:

• Standard tools of the trade – must bring hand tools

Safety Requirements:

• Gloves

• Safety vest or safety-colored T-shirt

• Long pants

• Closed-toe shoes (steel-toe boots preferred)

• Safety glasses

• Hard hat

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred

• Must have own hand tools and required PPE

• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
