CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics for commercial projects in Austin, TX. We are seeking bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) with strong technical skills in ductwork layout and installation. Candidates must be dependable, safety-minded, and ready to pass all jobsite screening requirements.

Job Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Measure, cut, and layout duct systems with precision

• Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork using standard techniques

• Work with tools of the trade, including snips, brakes, shears, plasma cutters, and lifts

• Maintain clean and safe work areas, following jobsite safety practices

• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic

• Must be bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and duct installation methods

• Familiarity with duct fabrication tools and installation equipment

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Must be able to work 40+ hours/week
