CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman for a commercial project in Austin, TX. We’re seeking an experienced leader who can read and interpret blueprints, lay out and install duct systems, and direct a crew safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong leadership skills, and be ready to work hands-on in the field.

Work Scope Includes

• Leading crews in the layout, fabrication, and installation of commercial duct systems

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical plans

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling ductwork accurately to spec

• Operating trade tools including snips, brakes, shears, plasma cutters, and lifts

• Coordinating workflow, material use, and task assignments with project supervisors

• Inspecting completed work for accuracy, seal integrity, and safety compliance

• Enforcing jobsite safety and maintaining productivity standards

Requirements

• Proven foreman-level HVAC sheet metal experience required

• Skilled in duct fabrication, installation, and layout methods

• Must be able to read and interpret prints and manage crew assignments

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required for team communication

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must pass background check and drug screening prior to start

• Full PPE and personal hand tools required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Dependable, professional, and capable of leading with urgency and precision
