Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Construction Laborers for a large retail store project in Jacksonville, FL. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to assist crews with general labor and site support tasks.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting tradesmen and crews on a large retail store build

• Carrying and staging materials, tools, and equipment

• Performing heavy lifting and material handling

• Jobsite cleanup and debris removal

• Supporting installation tasks as directed

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred

• Must have PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Must be physically fit and able to lift materials throughout the shift

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
