Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Construction Laborers for a solar field project in Crawfordsville, IN. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to assist with the assembly and installation of solar panel structures.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting with building and assembling solar panel structures

• Carrying and staging materials, tools, and equipment

• Supporting crews with installation and alignment of panels

• Performing heavy lifting and general labor tasks

• Jobsite cleanup and support duties

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred

• Must be physically fit and capable of lifting materials throughout the shift

• Must have PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to take direction

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
