Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators for a road work project in Cloverdale, OH. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in operating heavy machinery including a 40-ton truck and a skid steer.

Work Scope Includes:

• Operating a 40-ton truck for hauling and road work support

• Running a skid steer for grading, moving materials, and site prep

• Supporting road construction crews with equipment operation

• Performing equipment checks and routine maintenance

• Following all site safety requirements and traffic control procedures

Requirements:

• Proven heavy equipment operating experience (road work experience strongly preferred)

• Hands-on experience with 40-ton trucks and skid steers required

• Must have PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work outdoors in varying conditions

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
