Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Plumbing Foreman for multiple commercial projects across San Antonio, TX. This is a foreman-level role with the opportunity to be assigned a company truck and take responsibility for running jobs on-site. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, commercial plumbing experience, and the ability to coordinate with general contractors while leading crews.

Work Scope Includes:

• Serving as lead man on-site

• Leading and supervising journeyman plumbers and apprentices

• Coordinating and attending GC meetings for assigned projects

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Material handling and jobsite coordination

• Overseeing underground, rough-in, and finish plumbing work

• Ensuring safety compliance and quality standards are met

Requirements:

• Proven commercial plumbing experience required

• Prior foreman or lead-level experience required

• Ability to lead crews and manage jobsite workflow

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints

• Must have own plumbing hand tools (larger tools provided as needed)

• Must have full PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, and steel-toe boots

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
