Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Lead HVAC Mechanics for an industrial/commercial project in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates must have proven experience with heavy industrial or commercial sheet metal work, large duct systems, VAVs, and hot water piping. This is a lead role, requiring the ability to manage and direct a team while working hands-on.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging large sheet metal ductwork

• Setting and connecting VAV boxes and hot water piping

• Assembling, sealing, and supporting duct systems

• Leading and supervising a team of HVAC workers

• Coordinating with supervisors and other trades

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specs

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Proven industrial or commercial HVAC sheet metal experience

• Skilled with large ductwork, VAVs, and hot water piping

• Must have prior team leadership experience

• Must have basic HVAC hand tools (larger tools provided as needed)

• Must have full PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, and steel-toe boots

• Ability to read and interpret prints required

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
