CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced TIG Welders for a commercial project in Winston-Salem, NC. This position requires skilled welders capable of working with stainless steel duct systems and successfully passing both a light test and a pressure test prior to starting work.

We’re looking for career welders who can work independently, stay productive, and meet high standards of quality and safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• Weld and assemble stainless steel ductwork

• Prep, measure, fit, and align pieces before welding

• Perform TIG welds that pass light and pressure testing

• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Support layout and duct installation tasks on-site

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven TIG welding experience

• Ability to pass light test and pressure test on stainless steel welds

• Must have own TIG welding gear and hand tools

• OSHA 10 is a plus (free training available through CCS)

• Full PPE required: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, and steel-toe boots

• Reliable transportation

• Must pass a background check and drug test
