Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Helpers for a commercial project in Jacksonville, FL. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and arrive with the proper tools and PPE. No shirts with logos from other companies are allowed on site.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting mechanics with ductwork installation

• Helping assemble, seal, and support duct systems

• Assisting in setting HVAC equipment, RTUs, AHUs, and VAVs

• Supporting crews with rough-in and layout work

• Following directions from lead HVAC mechanics and supervisors

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Prior construction or HVAC experience preferred

• Must have basic tools for HVAC work (larger tools provided as needed)

• Must have all PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, and steel-toe boots

• No T-shirts with logos of other companies allowed on site

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
