Pay: Based on Experience
Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Helpers for a commercial project in Jacksonville, FL. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and arrive with the proper tools and PPE. No shirts with logos from other companies are allowed on site.

Work Scope Includes:

Assisting mechanics with ductwork installation
-
Helping assemble, seal, and support duct systems
-
Assisting in setting HVAC equipment, RTUs, AHUs, and VAVs
-
Supporting crews with rough-in and layout work
-
Following directions from lead HVAC mechanics and supervisors

Following all site safety requirements
Requirements:
-
Prior construction or HVAC experience preferred
-
Must have basic tools for HVAC work (larger tools provided as needed)
-
Must have all PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, and steel-toe boots
-
No T-shirts with logos of other companies allowed on site

Reliable transportation

Background check and drug test required before start
