Commercial Plumbing Foreman  – St. George, SC

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a skilled Commercial Plumbing Foreman for a full-time commercial project in St. George, SC. The first phase of this project will involve underground plumbing, and we need someone with strong leadership skills who can run a crew while staying hands-on in the work.

We’re looking for a foreman who can lead by example, enforce jobsite safety, and keep the team on task and on spec. If you can’t commit to 40+ hours a week, stay drug-free on the job, or lead with urgency—please do not apply.

Scope of Work:

• Lead crews through underground plumbing installation

• Supervise and assist with layout, rough-in, and pipefitting

• Install and inspect PVC, cast iron, and copper lines

• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints

• Maintain high safety standards and jobsite organization

• Coordinate work with site supervisor and other trades

Requirements:

• Foreman-level plumbing experience required

• Must have recent commercial plumbing experience (underground preferred)

• Background check required before start

• OSHA 10 certification required (CCS will assist qualified candidates)

• Must wear:

  • Type 4 cut-resistant gloves

  • Type II hard hat with chinstrap

• Must have full PPE and own hand tools

• Reliable transportation and team leadership skills
