Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Middleburg, FL. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and capable of installing ductwork, hangers, and equipment while maintaining pace on an active job site.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork

• Assembling, sealing, and supporting duct systems

• Setting HVAC equipment, RTUs, and VAVs

• Assisting with rough-in and layout work

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Supporting HVAC crews on an active commercial project

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Proven commercial HVAC experience required

• Must have own hand tools (larger tools provided as needed)

• Ability to read and interpret prints

• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
