CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a hands-on HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to lead crews on a multi-story hospital project in Uvalde, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC tradesman who can run jobs in the field, coordinate with general contractors and other trades, and keep projects on time and up to code.

We’re looking for leaders, not managers — someone who can jump in and work alongside their crew while still running the job with professionalism and precision.

Scope of Work Includes:

• Lead, coordinate, and work alongside HVAC sheet metal mechanics and installers

• Install duct systems, RTUs, floor units, and copper refrigerant lines

• Perform soldering, brazing, and field layout to spec

• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards

• Communicate with general contractors, other foremen, and project management

• Enforce schedules and quality expectations on a high-profile job site

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/mechanical experience

• 2+ years in a foreman/lead role on commercial projects

• OSHA 30 (or ability to complete it with CCS support)

• Strong knowledge of ductwork, copper piping, RTUs, and solder/braze

• Must have own tools, PPE, and reliable transportation

• Experience coordinating labor, material, and inspections

• Must be able to interpret prints and lead field execution

• Professional communication skills
