Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an HVAC Foreman and experienced HVAC Mechanics for a three-story hospital project in Uvalde, TX. The project is already vertical with the metal structure visible on all three floors. We’re seeking a working foreman with OSHA 30 certification who can run jobs, ensure building code compliance, coordinate with GCs, and work alongside other foremen—while also staying hands-on with the crew. Mechanics will assist with installs and all phases of hospital HVAC work.

Work Scope Includes:

• Supervising and working alongside HVAC crews on a multi-story hospital project

• Ensuring code compliance and coordinating with GCs and other foremen

• Installing and assembling sheet metal ductwork

• Soldering and brazing HVAC copper lines

• Installing and servicing RTUs and floor units

• Supporting mechanical work across three hospital floors

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Foreman: OSHA 30 required

• Foreman: proven experience running jobs, enforcing code compliance, and working with GCs/foremen

• Must be a working foreman (not hands-off supervision)

• HVAC Mechanics: proven commercial HVAC experience required (sheet metal + copper line installs)

• Must have soldering/brazing experience

• Must have own hand tools (larger tools provided as needed)

• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
