Electricians & Helpers | Residential/Commercial Projects – Miami, FL

Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Electricians and Helpers for projects in Miami, FL. Helpers will start by installing ¾” conduit under the house and then move up to pulling wire and completing all pre-wire installation. Experienced electricians will support with conduit work, panels, and full wiring systems. We’re looking for dependable candidates who can work at a steady pace and follow all safety procedures.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing ¾” conduit under residential/commercial structures

• Pulling wire and performing pre-wire installation

• Assisting electricians with panels, receptacles, lighting, and fixtures

• Running and bending conduit

• Supporting crews during rough-in and finish phases

• Following instructions from supervisors and site leads

• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Helpers: some electrical or construction experience preferred

• Electricians: proven electrical experience required

• Must have own basic hand tools (larger tools provided as needed)

• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
