Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Plainfield, IN. We’re looking for dependable mechanics with proven commercial experience who can install ductwork, hangers, and equipment while keeping pace with active crews and maintaining safety standards.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork

• Assembling and sealing duct systems

• Installing duct hangers and supports

• Setting HVAC equipment, RTUs, and VAVs

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Supporting HVAC crews on active projects

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Proven commercial HVAC experience required

• Must have HVAC installation experience (ductwork + equipment)

• Must have own basic hand tools (larger tools provided as needed)

• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Ability to read and interpret prints a plus

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
