Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for commercial projects in Columbus, OH. We are looking for solid HVAC workers who can install hangers, set, and hang duct while supporting active commercial crews. Candidates must be dependable, safety-minded, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging ductwork

• Installing duct hangers and supports

• Assembling and sealing duct systems

• Setting HVAC equipment and RTUs

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Supporting HVAC crews on active job sites

• Following all site safety procedures

Requirements:

• Proven commercial HVAC experience required

• Must be able to install duct and hangers

• Own basic HVAC hand tools required (larger tools provided as needed)

• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Ability to read prints a plus

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
