Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Mechanics and Helpers for a school project in Painesville, OH. We are looking for a Lead Mechanic and a solid Helper. Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints, and be experienced in the installation of HVAC systems, assembling and sealing ductwork, and installing VAV boxes. All applicants must clear a background check (BGC) and drug test (DT) prior to starting.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing HVAC systems

• Assembling, hanging, and sealing ductwork

• Installing and setting up VAV boxes

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Supporting HVAC crews on a school project

• Following all site safety procedures

Requirements:

• Proven commercial HVAC experience required (Lead role)

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints

• Hiring both a Lead Mechanic and a Helper

• Must have own HVAC hand tools (larger tools provided if needed)

• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
