CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman for a project in Huger, SC. This role is ideal for a proven field leader who can run crews, manage daily workflow, and stay hands-on in the work when needed.

Foreman Responsibilities

The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for:

• Leading and supervising electrical crews on-site

• Planning daily work activities and assigning tasks

• Running and bending conduit (EMT and rigid as required)

• Overseeing wire pulls, terminations, and device installation

• Installing panels, lighting, and electrical equipment

• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and blueprints

• Coordinating with site supervision and other trades

• Enforcing jobsite safety and quality standards

• Keeping the job on schedule and crews productive

Foreman Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician

• Strong background in commercial electrical installations

• Ability to manage crews while remaining hands-on

• Comfortable reading prints and directing work from plans

• Must bring full electrical hand tools

• Must have standard PPE:

  • Hard hat

  • Safety glasses

  • Gloves

  • High-visibility vest

  • Steel-toe boots

• Reliable transportation

• Drug test required prior to start
