Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Electricians for a commercial/industrial/institutional project in Midland, TX. This position requires skilled electricians who can perform with relatively little supervision while handling advanced wiring and installation tasks. An active TDLR license and a clean 10-panel drug screen are required.

Work Scope Includes:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics

• Installing conduit and cable tray systems

• Coordinating and setting up large cable pulls

• Installing switchgear, distribution panels, and transformers

• Working with fire alarm and control systems

• Installing and wiring other electrical gear as needed

• Supporting general construction operations

• Following all site safety protocols

Requirements:

• Proven commercial/industrial/institutional electrical experience required

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Active TDLR license required

• Must pass a clean 10-panel drug screen prior to start

• Must have own electrical hand tools

• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and with a crew
