Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for various projects across Houston, TX. Work will include duct fabrication, installation, and repair. We are looking for dependable candidates who are willing to learn and grow on the job.

Work Scope Includes:

• Fabricating, installing, and repairing ductwork

• Hanging, fitting, and securing duct systems

• Assisting with HVAC unit setup and connections

• Installing VAVs, diffusers, returns, and related components

• Supporting crews across different project sites as needed

• Following all site safety procedures

Requirements:

• Proven HVAC mechanic experience (commercial preferred)

• Experience with duct fabrication, install, and repair

• Must be dependable and willing to learn

• Must have own HVAC hand tools

• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation (must be able to work across various locations)

• Ability to work independently and with a crew

• Drug test required prior to start
