CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity in San Antonio, TX. This is a leadership role for a candidate with a proven track record of running large-scale electrical projects from planning through completion.

About the Role:
The Electrical Superintendent will oversee and manage the full scope of commercial and industrial electrical projects. Responsibilities include supervising crews, coordinating with the general contractor, ordering materials, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on large commercial projects

• Manage project scope, scheduling, and workforce coordination

• Communicate effectively with the general contractor, project managers, and clients

• Oversee material procurement, inventory, and delivery

• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC standards, safety protocols, and project specifications

• Provide guidance, mentoring, and direction to electricians and apprentices

• Maintain quality control and resolve on-site issues as needed

Requirements:

• Proven superintendent/foreman experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, NEC code, and safety practices

• Ability to manage large crews and multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
