Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for multiple projects in the Crestview, FL area. We are looking for any available mechanics with commercial HVAC experience who are ready to work across different sites.
Professional & Straightforward – Work one-on-one with a recruiter who’s invested in your success.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging ductwork

• Assisting with HVAC unit placement and connections

• Installing VAVs, diffusers, and returns

• Supporting various mechanical tasks depending on site needs

• Following all site safety procedures

Requirements:

• Proven HVAC mechanic experience (commercial preferred)

• Must have own HVAC hand tools

• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation (must be able to travel between multiple sites in Crestview)

• Ability to work independently and with a crew

• Drug test required prior to start
