CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for commercial projects in Knoxville, TN. We are looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates who can translate between the superintendent and crew, read blueprints, and lead a team of HVAC installers. Only those with solid commercial experience will be considered.

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage a crew of HVAC installers on-site

• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Install and secure ductwork, HVAC units, and accessories

• Communicate clearly with both English and Spanish-speaking team members

• Ensure tasks are completed to spec and on schedule

• Maintain safety and productivity standards on-site

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish – must be able to translate on-site

• Strong commercial HVAC experience required

• Experience leading or running a crew of HVAC mechanics

• Must be able to read prints and layout work independently

• Basic hand tools and full PPE required

• Reliable transportation

• Must be able to work 40+ hours/week and remain drug-free
