HVAC Duct Install Mechanics – Madison, OH

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking skilled HVAC Duct Installers for a long-term commercial project at a nursing home in Madison, OH. This position requires experience with hanging and sealing ductwork and assisting in the layout and setup of light commercial HVAC systems. Must be ready to work 40+ hours per week, follow site directions, and bring a safety-first mindset.

Scope of Work:

• Install rectangular and spiral ductwork overhead

• Read and interpret prints or layout drawings

• Hang, insulate, and seal duct systems to spec

• Install grilles, diffusers, and returns

• Support unit placement and final tie-ins

• Follow site safety procedures and maintain jobsite cleanliness

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC sheet metal or duct install experience

• Must bring own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, boots, glasses)

• Experience reading mechanical drawings preferred

• Reliable transportation and commitment to full-time work

• Must be team-oriented and punctual

• Drug test required before starting
