Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an HVAC Foreman for a project in Austin, TX. This role requires a mechanic with foreman-level experience who can run a jobsite, direct crews, and assist with ductwork and unit installation. Candidates must hold a valid OSHA 30 certification.

Work Scope Includes:

• Running and managing the jobsite

• Installing and running ductwork

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Measuring and cutting sheet metal

• Helping set HVAC units

• Assisting and directing mechanics and helpers as needed

• Ensuring safety and quality standards are followed on site

Requirements:

• Proven foreman-level HVAC experience

• Strong skills in duct installation, sheet metal work, and unit setting

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Must have own HVAC hand tools

• OSHA 30 certification required

• Full PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to supervise crews while also working hands-on

• Drug test required prior to start
