CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring Experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics for commercial projects in North Port, FL. We're seeking skilled mechanics who can hang ductwork, install RTUs, and read prints with minimal supervision. You’ll be working hands-on as part of a team committed to safety, speed, and high-quality craftsmanship.

Position Highlights:

• Location: North Port, FL

• Job Type: Full-Time / Commercial Project

• Compensation: Based on verified experience

• Duration: Project-Based, with potential long-term opportunities

Duties Include:

• Install, hang, and seal various types of HVAC duct systems

• Set rooftop units (RTUs) and support equipment installation

• Follow blueprints and layout drawings

• Ensure all work meets site safety standards and mechanical codes

• Collaborate with other trades and supervisors on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial HVAC duct installation

• Own basic HVAC hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, gloves, vest, glasses, steel-toe boots)

• Ability to read mechanical prints and work with limited supervision

• Must have reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test may be required before start
