Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Operator / Apprentice Electricians for a project in Houston, TX. Candidates must be fully proficient in operating a mini excavator, with the ability to operate a skid steer considered a strong plus. Some electrical knowledge is required—apprentice or helper-level experience is acceptable.

Work Scope Includes:

• Operating a mini excavator for trenching and underground electrical work

• Operating a skid steer (ideal but not required)

• Assisting with electrical tasks such as pulling wire, running conduit, and basic installations

• Supporting journeyman electricians on site

• Following all site safety procedures

Requirements:

• Must be fully proficient in mini excavator operation

• Skid steer operation experience strongly preferred

• Apprentice/helper-level electrical knowledge required

• Must have own hand tools for basic electrical work

• Full PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work with a crew and follow instructions

• Drug test required prior to start
