CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics for multiple commercial projects in the Covington and New Orleans, LA areas. Candidates must have proven experience with HVAC ductwork, hangers, and sheet metal installation. This position involves working across several job sites as project needs shift. Applicants must bring their own tools and PPE.

Work Scope Includes

• Installing, hanging, and securing HVAC ductwork (supply, return, and exhaust)

• Installing hangers, supports, and sheet metal components

• Reading and following blueprints and job specifications

• Coordinating with crew members and site leadership

• Maintaining safety and quality standards across all job sites

Requirements

• Proven HVAC sheet metal experience (ductwork, hangers, and fabrication)

• Must provide own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation to Covington and ability to travel between job sites in the New Orleans area

• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

• OSHA 10 preferred (free certification assistance available)
