Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Mechanic for various projects within a 30-mile radius of our Cleveland, OH shop. This role requires someone who can install ductwork and lay out work for helpers, while leading and motivating a small crew. Strong leadership experience is essential.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and assembling sheet metal ductwork according to plans

• Laying out work for helpers and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently

• Supervising and guiding a team of HVAC helpers/mechanics

• Coordinating job schedules and site transitions

• Maintaining safety and quality standards on all job sites

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanic with leadership responsibilities

• Ability to install ductwork and read/interpret blueprints

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Willingness to travel between job sites within a 30-mile radius of the shop

• Reliable transportation

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)
