Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Construction Laborers for ongoing projects in Nashville, TN. We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who are ready to support site crews with material handling, clean-up duties, and more.
Work with someone who’s just as motivated as you are to land the job.

Work Scope Includes:

• Moving materials and supplies around the job site

• General clean-up work and debris removal

• Assisting skilled trades as needed

• Following instructions from supervisors and tradespeople

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

• Supporting daily jobsite operations as directed

Requirements:

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred

• Must be able to follow directions and take instruction well

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation required

• Willingness to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
