Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Lead Pipe Fitter for an industrial project based in Macon, GA with travel opportunities. We’re looking for someone who can read drawings, lead a crew, and take charge of piping and mechanical equipment installs with confidence.

Work Scope Includes:

• Leading a crew on industrial piping installations

• Reading and executing plans with minimal supervision

• Installing chilled water piping systems

• Setting and connecting industrial HVAC/mechanical equipment

• Traveling to various project locations as needed

• Coordinating with other trades and ensuring site safety and productivity

Requirements:

• 5+ years of pipe fitting experience in industrial/commercial settings

• Proven experience running crews and interpreting construction drawings

• Proficient in chilled water systems and industrial unit installs

• Willing and able to travel for projects

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Background check and drug test required prior to start

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)

• Reliable transportation
