Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a skilled HVAC Refrigeration Technician for a full-time position with a leading mechanical contractor in Longwood, FL. This is a service-oriented role requiring strong diagnostic, repair, and customer-facing skills across both residential and commercial systems.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in service rather than construction

• Refrigeration experience – REQUIRED

• EPA Universal Certification – REQUIRED

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (candidate will drive a company vehicle and must qualify under Pro-Air Mechanical’s insurance)

• Strong skills in diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance

• Comfortable with residential & commercial service including:

• Rooftop units, heat pumps, and gas furnaces

• Low/medium-temp refrigeration, ice machines, and rack systems

• EMS/control systems, heating elements, and exhaust hoods

• Chillers and ductwork

• Light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry fixes as needed
