Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced Commercial Plumbers for a hospital project in St. Augustine, FL. This position is focused on the top-out phase and requires dependable tradespeople with proven commercial plumbing experience in similar settings.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing water lines, waste and vent systems during top-out

• Working with copper, PVC, and cast iron piping

• Reading and interpreting plumbing drawings and layout plans

• Coordinating with other trades to stay on schedule

• Following all hospital safety and cleanliness protocols

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience, specifically in top-out phases

• Must have all hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain quality standards
