Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Mechanics for commercial projects in Lakeland, FL. Candidates should have solid experience with ductwork installation and other commercial HVAC tasks.
Work with someone who’s just as motivated as you are to land the job.

Work Scope Includes:

• Install HVAC ductwork, hangers, and fittings

• Work with supply, return, and exhaust systems

• Read and follow blueprints and specifications

• Collaborate with other trades on-site to ensure project deadlines are met

• Maintain compliance with all OSHA and site safety rules

Requirements:

• Commercial HVAC installation experience required

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
