Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring construction laborers for an animal shelter project in Red Oak, TX. This role includes deep cleaning the jobsite, performing light landscaping, and assisting with installing security conduit for door contact systems. Candidates must be reliable and able to work independently or under supervision.

Work Scope Includes:

• Deep cleaning the interior and exterior of the jobsite

• Weed eating small overgrown grass areas around the site

• Helping install security conduit for door contact sensors

• Supporting crew with general labor and material handling

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to use basic hand tools and landscaping equipment

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, vest, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation and willingness to follow site instructions

• Strong work ethic and team attitude
