Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Mint Hill, NC. This role involves assisting with rooftop equipment and installing a variety of duct systems. Candidates must be safety-focused, dependable, and ready to work with minimal supervision.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting with setting rooftop equipment

• Installing square, round, flex, and spiral ductwork

• Installing VAV boxes

• Working with duct mechanic tools and job-specific equipment

• Reading mechanical drawings and layouts

Requirements:

• Must have:

  • Duct mechanic tools

  • Hard hat, work boots, safety glasses

  • Fall protection harness and retractable lanyard

• Drug test (DT) and background check (BGC) required

• Own power tools preferred, but not mandatory

• Crane rigging certification preferred

• Reliable transportation and commitment to jobsite safety

• Strong commercial HVAC experience
