Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring dependable HVAC Mechanics for a 3-week project in Lakeland, FL. This role involves working with sheet metal ductwork, and candidates must come equipped with the basic tools needed to complete the job safely and efficiently.
Work Scope Includes:

Installing and working with sheet metal duct systems
-
Measuring, cutting, and fitting duct sections
-
Following layout instructions and installation specs
-
Maintaining safety and cleanliness on site
Tools & PPE Required:
-
Drills, measuring tape, hand tools
-
Hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, and work boots
Requirements:
-
Experience with HVAC ductwork and sheet metal installation
-
Must have own tools and full PPE
-
Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
