CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Pipe Fitters for a government mechanical project in Huntsville, AL, starting Monday, August 4. Candidates must have a strong background working with underground thermocore piping and carbon steel piping systems for chilled and hot water (CHW/HW) installations.

If you cannot commit to a 40-hour workweek, work well with others on a jobsite, or stay drug-free during the project, please do not apply.

Scope of Work:

• Install and align underground thermocore piping

• Lay out and fit carbon steel pipe inside the building for CHW and HW systems

• Assist welders with prep and secure pipe joints

• Follow detailed blueprints and isometric drawings

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area on a government jobsite

Requirements:

• 5+ years of mechanical pipe fitting experience

• Skilled in thermocore and carbon steel pipe systems

• Must bring all required tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots)

• Ability to read and follow mechanical plans

• Must have reliable transportation and be ready to start Monday, 8/4
