CCS Construction Staffing is now seeking experienced HVAC Mechanics for commercial installation work in Land O' Lakes, FL. We’re hiring skilled tradesmen who can start immediately, work safely, and perform quality installations on active job sites.

Scope of Work:

• Install HVAC systems and components

• Hang, seal, and insulate ductwork

• Interpret HVAC blueprints and layout drawings

• Assist with system startup and basic troubleshooting

• Maintain clean and safe jobsite practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Ability to follow plans and perform duties with minimal supervision

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Strong work ethic and teamwork mindset
