Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced Commercial Electricians and Electrical Helpers for projects in Lumberton, NC. These positions will support crews with conduit installation and wire pulling on commercial job sites. This project is expected to last about 4 weeks, so we’re looking for dependable, safety-focused workers who can jump in and help keep the job on track.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting with installing and bending conduit

• Pulling wire for power and lighting circuits

• Installing fixtures, panels, and devices as needed (electricians)

• Reading and interpreting basic electrical drawings (electricians)

• Following directions from the lead electrician or foreman

• Maintaining a safe and clean work area

• Supporting the crew with other electrical tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Some experience as an electrical helper or proven experience as a commercial electrician

• Must have basic hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Ability to follow directions and work safely

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
